Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Bioinformatics or related field.
• 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D across scientific, data and digital functions.
• Strong knowledge of scientific data management and governance.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with excellent communication.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with global scientific, operational, and digital stakeholders.
• Advise US stakeholders on data and digital opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of BR Data Strategy and governance frameworks across platforms.
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering translating workflows into scalable solutions.
• Promote enterprise data platforms and data visualization with automated data flows.
• Lead and co-lead cross-functional initiatives through matrix leadership.
