Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the disease-area Precision Health strategy across the care pathway.
• Partner with Medical Directors, Strategy Leads and Stakeholders to align end-to-end patient journey strategies.
• Drive impact and growth measures; represent US interests in R&D/pipeline/launch planning.
• Foster a culture of responsible AI use and continuous learning within the team.
