Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Specialist to set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment to produce precision components.

You will read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, create and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure parts meet exact specifications and delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related CNC machining experience.
• Knowledge of the injection mold building and injection molding is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and EDM equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations.
• Create and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
