Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for precision tooling in a Tool & Die environment. You will work with design engineers, toolmakers, and machinists to ensure efficient production and high-quality parts.

The role requires deep knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and CAD/CAM software, with collaboration across engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or completion of a certified CNC programming program.
• Certification in CNC Programming or equivalent trade certification preferred.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine appropriate machining operations.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Work closely with Toolmakers to develop and refine machining processes.
• Utilize Creo Parametric to create and assemble 3D models, modify existing part and assembly models, design electrodes based on part models.
• Operate and program using Autodesk PowerMill software.
• Apply knowledge of CNC equipment to select efficient and high-quality tool paths.
• Understand and apply feeds and speeds for various machining operations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the CNC Specialist and other team members.
