Ace Precision Machining Llc in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our aerospace-focused manufacturing team. You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills, read complex drawings, and ensure tight tolerances on precision sheet metal components.

You’ll collaborate with Programming, Engineering, and Quality, perform on-machine edits, inspect parts with precision tools, and keep a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience setting up CNC machines.
• Familiarity with GD&T and inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods.
• Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements.
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection.
• Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements.
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow quality system and safety rules.
