Construction Materials Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector II to lead plant quality control for precast and prestressed production, or perform owner and agency plant inspection for DOT. You will verify prestressing operations, review mix designs, and accept or reject finished products while maintaining PCI/DOT QC records.

Your role includes supervising Level I inspectors, handling daily coverage, and ensuring compliance with PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.

Formación

• PCI Level II certification required and current.
• Minimum 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• Working knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT specs.
• ACI Strength Testing Technician certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify prestressing operations: strand cert, tensioning, elongation, detensioning, transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products against specs and shop drawings.
• Maintain plant QC records for PCI/DOT certification programs.
• Supervise Level I inspectors and assign daily coverage.
