Qualifications

• Strong research and written/verbal communication skills; ability to manage a large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide direction to a team of staff.
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients.
• Legal research and analysis for pre-litigation matters.
• Negotiate and authorize settlements in the pre-litigation stage.
