Jobot is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of plaintiff matters. This attorney will manage a significant caseload while steering the pre-litigation team toward favorable outcomes.

This leadership role provides day-to-day guidance to case managers and support staff, serving as the go-to resource on strategy, liability, damages, insurance issues, and complex legal questions to move cases efficiently toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pre-litigation team.
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload with quality client service.
• Leadership in evaluating liability, damages, and settlement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of liability and damages in pre-litigation and settlement negotiation.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers, adjusters, defense counsel, and other parties.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to case managers and support staff.
• Direct the progression of cases from pre-litigation toward resolution.
• Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the firm’s CMS.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure files are accurate and progressing.
