Job summary

DeMayo Law Offices, LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage all non-priority client files from assignment date through treatment and disbursement. The role includes overseeing case management, medical records coordination, and settlement strategy to maximize client benefits.

You will lead a team, review cases for coverage and liability, and ensure world-class client service while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.
Admission in good standing to NC State Bar; admission to SC State Bar a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of personal injury practice experience required.
Must have passion for client service and building a world-class operation.
Ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple priorities and lead others.
Supervisory experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage non-priority client files from assignment date through treatment and disbursement.
Conduct attorney reviews of non-priority cases for coverage and liability issues.
Monitor client service metrics and ensure timely communication with clients.
Oversee settlement discussions and ensure accurate settlements and releases.
Supervise Case Management staff and coordinate with HR for personnel matters.
Attend weekly pre-litigation conferences with litigation attorney to discuss offers.
Ensure compliance with statutes of limitations and case dashboards.
