Qualifikationen

• Masters required or Bachelors with supervisory experience and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex pre-award sponsored research activities, including multi-institutional proposals.
• Knowledge of federal/state/foundation regulations (NIH/NSF/DOD/CDC/HRSA).
• Experience supervising staff in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to review/approve complex budgets (cost sharing, subawards, F&A, effort).
• Strong communication and relationship-building with faculty and sponsors.
