Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Norman Porter is seeking a Senior Practice Manager (Exempt) to oversee daily operations, staff and provider scheduling, and patient experience strategies at our Norman, OK location. This full-time role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and healthcare management knowledge.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 5 years of healthcare or supervisory experience.

Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Senior Practice Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while maintaining high standards of patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles. The Senior Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of the clinic, staff, and providers, as well as provider schedules and Patient Experience goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 5 years of healthcare or supervisory experience required.
