Job summary

You will collaborate with medical directors, physicians and senior leaders to drive standardized operations and improve financial, operational, and clinical performance.

Qualifications

• Assoc. Degree or 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• 3 years practice management or ambulatory leadership experience (required).
• Experience building relationships with physicians and leaders in multi-site clinics.

• Collaborate with medical directors, physicians and senior leadership to optimize operations and patient access.
