Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider Manager (PA) to lead clinical and operational efforts across the Ohio market. The role balances direct patient care (60%) with administrative responsibilities (40%), driving quality, compliance, and provider development.

You will oversee APP recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance, partner with senior leaders, optimize Epic workflows, and enhance patient and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• At least one year of team leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care at multiple Ohio sites as needed.
• Lead APP recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Audit clinical care, charting, and coding to drive quality improvements.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive clinical and operational excellence.
