Job summary

Archetype is seeking an Account Manager to join our North American team. You will act as account lead for clients, provide daily counsel, oversee activities, and ensure our work is strategic and creative.

The role also requires media expertise and partnering with senior leaders to develop strategy. You will guide a team of junior staff, foster skill development, and work across accounts to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in an agency setting, preferably in technology or related fields.
• Experience developing media strategy for product announcements and campaigns.
• Proven success earning media coverage and advising clients on strategy.
• Ability to lead accounts or large programs and oversee junior staff.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building capabilities.
