Job summary

Archetype in North America is seeking an Account Manager to lead client relationships, develop media strategy, and oversee a small team. You will partner with senior leaders to craft campaigns, ensure quality and strategic outcomes, and drive coverage for product announcements and leadership programs.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate across disciplines, and utilize AI tools to enhance research and writing. Travel may be required to meet client and business needs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience, preferably agency, in technology environments (AI, cybersecurity, software, B2B/B2C).
• Experience developing media strategy for product announcements and proactive campaigns.
• Proven success earning media coverage and advising clients on media strategy.
• Ability to lead accounts or large programs and oversee junior staff (2-4 people).
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills.
• Curious, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience coaching junior employees.
• Proven record in high client satisfaction and retention.
