We operate as a hybrid agency; expect in-person collaboration three days a week in our Boston ThirdSpace, with some client events and built-in time off provided.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant agency or fast-paced client-side experience.
• Strong media relationships and proven placements.
• Exceptional writing for messaging, press releases, bylines, speeches, and op-eds.
• Willingness to work across divisions (B2B, Consumer, Social Impact).
• Proven project-management experience and ability to lead campaigns across teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to craft new approaches and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day earned media and account management for client work.
• Manage media relations, secure placements, and build reporters relationships.
• Lead junior staff on foundational activities like monitoring, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Support crisis communications strategies when needed.
