Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, CEO Communications to shape and manage the CEO’s external narratives across global stages and digital channels. You will work within the Corporate Communications team to align messaging with Twilio’s strategy and collaborate with Product Marketing, Investor Relations, Legal, Brand, and other teams.

The role is highly visible, fast-paced, and requires expert writing, strong media relations, and a strategic mindset to elevate the CEO’s voice worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment.
• Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with executive judgment and authentic voice.
• Hands-on media relations experience with pitching and placing stories in top-tier outlets.
• Strategic thinker who can establish high-level narratives and execute with tactical precision.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities on tight timelines.
• Strong collaborative and influencing skills to navigate matrixed global organizations.
