Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in marketing, communications and/or PR-related fields.
• At least three years in an agency environment managing client accounts as the day-to-day contact.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience consulting directly with the C-suite on PR, communications, integrated branding and marketing strategies.
• Experience pitching media with existing media contacts or relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate tactical assignments and accurately assess and edit work of others.
• Experience in corporate communications and managing entry-level staff.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated communications, PR and marketing plans and present to clients and agency teams.
• Lead project scoping with clients and internal/external partners for new work.
• Oversee execution of plans, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
• Manage client relationships with senior client personnel for proactive service.
• Set growth and retention goals, providing monthly financial projections for clients.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver high-quality work.
