The Power Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts while guiding a growing team. You’ll craft strategies, write and edit content, and oversee pitching and client relations with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of PR or communications experience, including prior agency experience.
• Proven ability to lead integrated PR campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and pitching with AP Style mastery.
• Demonstrated media relationships and client management.
• Early people leadership experience or readiness.
• Comfort managing hours, scope, and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity across assigned accounts, owning timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as regular client contact across multiple industries with tactical recommendations.
• Review and edit pitches, press releases, and client materials to teach and improve.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and guide team members on writing, pitching, and research.
• Begin formal people management, including coaching and leadership development.
• Monitor hours, scope, workload, and capacity; escalate with solutions.
• Stay hands-on with client planning, media strategy, and event logistics.
