Job summary

DH Pace Company is seeking a PPC Strategist to own paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI platforms. You will also manage landing page content and CRO to maximize conversions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in paid search, hands-on experience with Google Ads and Analytics, and a track record of ROI. On-site role in Olathe, KS with hybrid flexibility, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing paid search campaigns with measurable ROI; eight-figure spend a plus.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, OpenAI Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Google Ads certification preferred; Microsoft Advertising certification a plus.
• Budget ownership and campaign performance management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and OpenAI ad platforms.
• Manage keyword research, bidding, budgets, ad copy, and A/B tests to maximize CTR, ROI, and conversions.
• Monitor, test, and refine campaigns to continuously improve performance.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and pixel setup across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with web teams on landing page optimization and CRO to turn clicks into conversions.
• Deliver analytic data to identify opportunities for search relevancy, keywords, optimization, tagging, traffic and performance.
• Track, report, and analyze website and PPC analytics across platforms; communicate results to leadership.
• Synthesize technical content into actionable content to drive high response and optimal search rates.
