Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior PPC Manager to lead paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization across a growing client portfolio. This hybrid role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution, including revenue roadmaps and aligning internal and external teams.

You will own performance, reporting, QA, and continual improvement, shaping strategy during sales calls and presenting outcomes to clients. A senior, accountability-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO, or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience leading client-facing campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month, and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and SEO.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding, landing pages, and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building, and AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs, ensure attribution accuracy, and coordinate with the marketing PM.
• Provide weekly direction, QA, and present monthly/quarterly results.
