Zusammenfassung

Blacksmith Agency is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients across multifamily, B2B and technical verticals. As PPC Manager at Blacksmith, you own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role. You join sales calls to shape strategy, oversee internal and external specialists, build performance roadmaps and make sure client campaigns

Qualifikationen

4–7 years in PPC/SEO or multi-channel strategy.
Experience running paid and organic channels simultaneously.
Proficient with Google Ads and GA4.
Ability to present strategic recommendations to clients.
Experience leading execution teams and ensuring quality.
Strong analytical skills and rapid issue diagnosis.

Aufgaben

Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across clients.
Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
Build 90 day, 6 month, and annual growth roadmaps.
Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and SEO.
Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages, CRO.
Oversee technical SEO, on-page, links, AI-driven content.
Track KPI and analytics accuracy.
Provide weekly direction and coordinate with the marketing project manager.
Present monthly and quarterly performance to clients.
