Proximity Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced PPC Director to lead a fully remote California-based team of five specialists.

This senior role will own the PPC strategy, set standards, and drive performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You'll join the leadership team to shape growth, unlock revenue opportunities, and maintain a high-performance culture while balancing strategic vision with hands-on technical PPC excellence.

Qualifications

Senior Paid Search leadership experience in a digital agency.
Strong technical and strategic expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Experience leading remote teams of 5 or more.
Commercial focus with revenue-driving track record.

Responsibilities

Lead a remote team of five PPC & Paid Search specialists.
Set departmental strategy, objectives and performance standards.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Contribute to wider business strategy and growth as part of leadership.
Drive revenue through client performance and new commercial opportunities.
Provide strategic and technical oversight across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Ensure campaigns meet client objectives, KPIs and targets.
Establish best practices in campaign management, reporting and measurement.
Build strong client relationships and grow existing accounts.
Develop talent and ensure department profitability.
