Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Typically 10 to 15 years relevant experience in chemical, petrochemical, or large-scale industrial manufacturing.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring technical professionals strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of process safety, reliability principles, and operational risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the technical team with accountability for performance.
• Identify optimization and debottlenecking opportunities and govern opportunity registers.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and steward analytical models.
• Own CAPEX investment plans and support FEL development and capital justifications.
• Interface with manufacturing, asset and project teams to translate analysis into decisions.
