Job summary

Rivian in Normal, Illinois seeks a liaison between Series Engineering and Operations & Manufacturing Engineering for the Driveline Production lines and the General Assembly of its Electric drive units. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Powertrain Production Programs. You will collaborate with suppliers, lead cross-functional teams, and drive DFMEA/PFMEA and APQP processes while maintaining product integrity on driveline programs.

Qualifications

• Automotive/mechatronic/electrical design experience required.
• 3-5 years in automotive/aeronautic/mechanical design.
• Multidisciplinary team leadership.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, APQP.
• GD&T, Root Cause Analysis, statistics/data analysis.
• Project planning; BOM responsibility and design changes.
