Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
7+ years in controls development and systems engineering.
Strong understanding of embedded systems and control architectures.
Proficiency with model-based development tools like Simulink.
Experience with HIL testing and embedded software validation.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for powertrain functionalities, requirements & analysis.
Design and implement new features in collaboration with the architecture team.
Develop and maintain control function architectures.
Participate in software peer reviews and functional safety assessments.
Provide technical leadership in advanced technologies.
Collaborate to define functional and performance requirements.
Support testing/validation and troubleshoot system-level issues.
Drive continuous improvement in MBSD and HIL processes.
