Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Project Manager for Power Systems / IPG to lead complex power generation projects, including mobile and modular plants. You will manage contracts, safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance, while ensuring customer satisfaction across global teams.

You will coordinate engineering, planning, procurement and construction activities, develop strong client relationships, and drive continuous process improvements within a large multinational energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Systems) or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in industrial, energy, infrastructure, or power generation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of power generation technologies or large industrial projects preferred.
• PMP/PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Driving end-to-end execution of power generation projects, ensuring delivery per contract requirements, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.
• Team Coordination: Leading cross-functional and cross-country teams including engineering, planning, procurement, construction, quality, finance.
• Risk & Compliance: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating execution, commercial, technical, and supply chain risks while improving project profitability.
• Customer Interface: Serving as the primary customer focal point throughout project execution and ensuring proactive communication.
• Change Management: Identifying and executing project variations and change orders with customers.
• Financial Performance: Owning project financials, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Site Execution & Commissioning: Supporting construction, installation, and commissioning for safe handover.
