Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager - Power Systems for its Plano, Texas hybrid work location.

The role leads end-to-end power delivery projects in North America, coordinating with customers, EPCs, electrical contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate brings nine years of PM experience, with at least six in electrical/power systems within the data center market, and demonstrates expertise in NEC/NFPA

Qualifications

• Nine years of project management experience with at least six in electrical/power systems or data center projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects from order intake to handover.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV/DC power systems and data center needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of power delivery projects (MV/LV/DC) in North America from order to handover.
• Lead regular project meetings, report status, and drive timely decisions.
• Define and manage project scope, interfaces, and responsibilities among stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, schedule/budget adherence, and transition to service teams.
• Maintain project governance: plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.
