Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to work in the field alongside field technicians.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English via verbal and written methods.
• PE license required.
• Experience with protective relay projects a plus.
• Experience with short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash and power quality studies a plus.
• Experience using SKM, ETAP, ASPEN, EasyPower, or other power system modeling software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design, analysis and studies for domestic and international projects.
• Perform power factor analysis, harmonic modeling, grounding analysis.
• Conduct short-circuit, protective device coordination and arc-flash studies.
• Interface with customers to gather information and review plans.
• Design and troubleshoot protective relaying and controls.
• Collaborate with Field Services on outages and installations.
