Job Juncture is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a private engineering firm with a strong stability history. The role focuses on power systems design for large projects including data centers, storage and grid-scale systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of power systems design experience (15–20 years preferred).
• BS in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• Medium- and high-voltage design experience, including utility interconnection.
• PE license preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for generation, storage, and large industrial power projects from schematic design through construction documents.
• Design systems from low voltage through 34.5 kV, and interconnections at 115 kV and above.
• Run power system studies, including cable sizing and derating.
• Serve as owner's engineer and support developers through design and construction.
• Coordinate interconnection requirements with utilities.
• Mentor and develop younger engineers on the team.
