Revamp Engineering Inc. is seeking a Power Systems Engineer III to lead studies that help utility-scale PV and BESS connect safely to the grid. You will apply sound engineering judgment, communicate trade-offs clearly, and help partners make informed decisions that advance projects and a cleaner energy future.

In this role you will independently lead multiple projects, own scope, schedule, and budget commitments, mentor less-experienced engineers, and represent work in client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in power systems analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Efficient time management and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform and lead system studies including protective device coordination, short circuit, arc flash, load flows, ampacity, grounding, harmonic, and power quality analyses.
• Design collection systems, including cable routing and cable sizing.
• Create equipment specifications for PV, inverters, BESS, transformers, BOS, and related components.
• Write reports and present findings describing studies, solutions, and value gained.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and industry practices.
• Lead multiple projects of varying complexity and mentor junior engineers.
