Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; eight years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops technical specifications and standards for electric utility projects.
• Plans, researches, designs, and implements engineering studies and projects.
• Manages contracts, reviews progress and costs, and audits as-built records.
• Acts as liaison among consultants, contractors, suppliers and City.
• Monitors projects for regulatory compliance and budget planning.
