Job summary

Grenzebach Machinery India is seeking an experienced Electrical Power Systems Engineer in Beachwood, OH. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.S.) or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on power systems engineering experience.
• Experience with short-circuit calculations and protective device coordination is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with PSCAD, PSS/E, or ETAP is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical schematics and design packages (elevation drawings, BOMs, submittals) for power distribution equipment.
• Specify and select electrical components based on one-line diagrams and specs.
• Utilize tools like Siemens COMPAS, Schneider SE Advantage, Eaton Bid Manager, ABB Empower, AutoCAD, and EPlan.
• Design and implement complex control and protection schemes to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, stakeholders, and clients for seamless power system integration.
• Conduct factory inspections to verify conformity with engineering drawings.
• Maintain familiarity with UL1558, UL891, UL67, UL845, and UL508A.
