Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in electrical engineering with emphasis on power system analysis and controls.
• 5+ years of experience in power system modeling studies in transmission and distribution.
• Proficient communication and ability to interact with teams and clients.
• Located in USA and willing to travel 10–40% of the time.
• Experience with interconnection studies and DER/microgrid analyses.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical staff, partners and project team across project lifecycle.
• Ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and successful project execution.
• Serve as direct point of contact with AVP and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand revenue in power system simulation services.
• Drive milestones, plans, schedules, and resource coordination.
• Support proposal development and advisory services to ensure customer success.
• Apply continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
