The role combines senior technical leadership with hands-on modeling in SKM/ETAP, mentoring staff, coordinating with clients and project managers, and ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, and IEEE standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical engineering with power system studies.
• Experience leading engineers and teams, with project oversight.
• Hands-on SKM/ETAP modeling and short-circuit studies.
• Strong writing and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arc Flash and Power Systems Studies team and provide technical direction.
• Coordinate studies using SKM/ETAP for short-circuit, protection, arc flash, load flow.
• Perform hands-on modeling, field data collection, and equipment assessments.
• Review calculations and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Guide project planning, scheduling, and client communications.
• Mentor engineers and support business development.
• Ensure NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards are applied.
