Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field.
• Experience in power system studies (load flow, short circuit, stability, harmonics).
• 8+ years bid management in power/energy sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale bids with budget and quality controls.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals meeting client specs.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout bid lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Monitor bid progress and mitigate risks to avoid delays.
