Qualifications

• Proven experience in power electronics systems focusing on AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion topologies and architecture, using SiC, GaN, and Si MOSFETs.
• Strong background in electrical and thermal modeling, simulations, and bench testing.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into technical specs.
• Hands-on experience in high voltage power electronics for automotive safety-critical or industrial applications.
• Experience collaborating with Tier 1 OEMs on development and integration of power electronics systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture definition for next-generation power electronics solutions.
• Ensure alignment with functional safety, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to define system-level requirements and interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end architectural decisions from concept to production, balancing trade-offs across power, sensing, thermal, cost, and safety.
• Work with the Functional Safety team to comply with ISO 26262 and related standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to systems engineering teams.
• Translate market requirements into robust, modular system architectures for long-term roadmaps.
