Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management with equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years in planning, design, construction, and operation of utility-scale power generation projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.
• Track record managing $50M+ power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads third party engineering and construction contracts for power projects (e.g. thermal, BESS).
• Oversees procurement activities aligning with contract scope and specs.
• Reviews EPC status including labor, materials, quality control, safety, budget, and workforce planning.
• Prepares and reviews cost estimates, bid packages, and technical bid analysis.
• Monitors construction schedules, identifies risk and mitigates to ensure timely delivery.
• Supports project financing, lender reporting and due diligence.
• Prepares materials for governance and funding decisions and approves project invoices.
• Submits periodic reports to stakeholders and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Participates in site visits and technical evaluations for new acquisitions and opportunities.
