Job summary

HSO Enterprise Solutions GmbH is seeking a Platform Senior Technical Consultant to lead delivery on large, complex client engagements, or act as the technical lead on focused implementations. You will own the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Azure services, translating requirements into scalable designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of technical consulting experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Power Platform, Azure, M365).
Strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability; capable of independent action and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery on large, complex client engagements or serve as technical lead on smaller implementations.
Own end-to-end delivery of technical capabilities at solution/feature/user story level.
Design, build, and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and related Azure services.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs; ensure alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders.
Provide technical enablement, documentation, and knowledge transfer; mentor peers.
Support cloud assessments, workshops, and co-design sessions as needed; assist with pre-sales when required.
