- Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and accountability for work outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a core member of delivery teams on large, complex client engagements or lead smaller implementations.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical capabilities at solution, feature, and user-story level.
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical designs and guide ALM, governance, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
