Job summary

HSO is seeking a Platform Senior Technical Consultant to lead or join delivery teams on complex client engagements. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, designs, and governance for Power Platform solutions, Dataverse, and related Azure services.

You will collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, mentor colleagues, and contribute to solution adoption through knowledge transfer and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or customer settings with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability for work.

Responsibilities

• Lead or be a core member on large client engagements or act as technical lead on smaller projects.
• Deliver end-to-end technical capabilities from solution to user story level.
• Design, build, and deliver Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
