Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support low-code solutions for Navy mission and administrative workflows. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, collaborating with mission stakeholders and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Applicants should hold a U.S. Secret clearance and be able to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing, and supporting low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Experience with Navy DoN environments and governance is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% and obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards for Navy mission/workflows.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with DoN systems using Flankspeed connectors and patterns; implement secure APIs and middleware.
Ensure compliance with Navy security policies, STIGs, and ATO requirements in Flankspeed enclaves.
Develop Dataverse data models and manage connectors (SharePoint, SQL, and custom connectors), ensuring secure data access and RBAC.
Perform validation, testing, and support production cutover and sustainment activities.
Troubleshoot production incidents and monitor performance with tuning/refactoring as needed.
Contribute to design reviews and prepare documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
