The role involves building practical dashboards, apps, automated workflows, and reporting products, translating business needs for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related area.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
• Clear communication to nontechnical audiences and strong writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical products for clients.
• Assist with SharePoint administration and integrations with Power Platform tools.
• Gather requirements from clients and translate into technical solutions.
• Clean, organize, analyze, and visualize data using Excel, Power BI, and Python if needed.
• Manage Power Platform solutions through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain Excel-based tools with formulas, pivots, data models, and macros.
• Document processes, test solutions, and improve existing apps and dashboards.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and client-facing training materials.
• Support data summaries, after-action reports, and audit-ready deliverables.
