Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Solution Architect by hybrid arrangement. You will work directly with federal clients to diagnose needs, translate requirements into technical blueprints, and deliver tailored Power Platform solutions across Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.

Role emphasizes consultation, project management, and hands-on delivery of dashboards, automations, and adoption training for mission stakeholders and operators at scale.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of professional experience in technical consulting, systems analysis, or solution development.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions within the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Direct client consultation & discovery to map processes to technical blueprints.
• Design and deploy low-code/no-code apps with Power Apps & Dynamics 365.
• Architect dashboards and data models with Power BI for federal leadership.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
• Secure and reorganize SharePoint repositories and Teams environments.
• Lead project milestones and manage client expectations and timelines.
• Prepare user guides and deliver hands-on adoption training for operators.
