Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join our hybrid team. This role delivers custom business applications, data visualizations, and automation workflows for federal clients using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365).

You will work directly with government stakeholders, translate mission needs into technical requirements, and oversee solution delivery from discovery through deployment.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain DHS Public Trust (EOD).
• 4+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or solution development for federal clients.
• Strong consulting, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct client consultation and discovery for federal stakeholders.
• Design and deploy low-code/no-code Power Apps and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Architect Power BI dashboards and data models for mission visibility.
• Automate processes with Power Automate and secure SharePoint/Teams environments.
• Manage client expectations, milestones, and delivery timelines.
