The candidate will partner with business, technology, operations, and control teams to design, implement, and govern automation projects, while developing executive reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of business execution, implementation, or related experience.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
Experience translating business needs into scalable tech-enabled solutions.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, and business transformation.
Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot.
Gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify automation opportunities.
Drive adoption by developing sustainable processes and supporting organizational change.
Develop executive reporting and insights to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with governance, risk, and audit partners to ensure compliance and controls.
