HireRight is seeking a Senior Software Engineer fluent in workflow automation to advance a production, event-driven automation platform built on Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on scalable architecture, no-code/low-code vs pro-code decisions, and secure handling of sensitive data.

Hybrid work in Nashville is offered, with 3 days onsite. The candidate will own deep engineering, extend flows, grow the event-driven model, and improve reliability and observability while maintaining high

Qualifications

Depth in workflow automation and Power Automate production experience.
Dataverse as an application platform (schema, security, events).
C#/.NET development including Dataverse plugins.
Queue-based asynchronous patterns; deciding RPA vs API.

Responsibilities

Own the deep engineering on our automation platform.
Extend cloud and desktop flows while keeping separation.
Grow the event-driven model and shared pattern library.
Improve reliability through exception handling, retries, logging and root-cause analysis.
Treat security as a first-class concern end to end.
