Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and sustain modern applications that accelerate automation and decision support across the enterprise.

You will integrate with Microsoft 365/Azure, lead Power Automate flows at scale, and craft Power BI dashboards to translate data into insights. Expect advanced Power Platform usage, secure integrations, and collaboration with stakeholders in a hybrid setup with occasional on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrable delivery.
• Advanced Power Automate expertise (HTTP actions, Graph/REST integration, custom connectors, environment strategies).
• Solid Power Platform knowledge and development experience (Power Apps basics, Power BI authoring, Dataverse/SharePoint as data sources).
• Proven experience building secure, production-grade integrations.
• Strong data skills: modeling, DAX/M, performance tuning, and governance in Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills; comfort with rapid iteration and live demos.
• CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900/PL-100/PL-300) (or required within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications and services that integrate with Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Lead development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, especially Power Automate flows at scale.
• Build intuitive Power BI reports/dashboards and data models that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing apps; experience with enterprise Copilot is a plus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver secure, compliant solutions.
• Thrive in a hybrid team with on-site cadence for sprint ceremonies, demos, and stakeholder sessions.
