Hammer Residences, Inc. is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design, administer, and continually improve the enterprise Power Platform environment.

You will own the platform connecting core systems and delivering actionable data to organizational leaders. This role reports to the Director of Information Technology and collaborates with leadership and program teams to advance technology solutions supporting Hammer’s mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data architecture, ETL design, SQL, and system integration.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and integration troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integrations between core systems and Microsoft 365.
• Own and optimize Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate workflows.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports in Power BI and define KPIs with leadership.
