The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services, specifically in government or public-sector environments. Responsibilities involve analyzing legacy systems, designing architectures, and deploying solutions within a Microsoft GCC environment, along with mentoring junior developers and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Azure-integrated solutions.
• Proven expertise in environment strategy, ALM, and release management.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and scalability for enterprise applications.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy applications and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
• Design target-state architectures leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Develop, test, and optimize Power Platform components.
• Deploy and support solutions within a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• Define and implement environment strategy, ALM, and solution lifecycle management.
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide structured knowledge transfer.
• Lead project execution across the full lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and program leadership.
